Aromas of bramble, dark cherries, violets, and dried lavender on the nose. A bright palate of primary fruit characters intertwined with spice, herbal, and savoury undertones. Sinewy tannins frame the palate leading to a lengthy finish.

The fruit for this Central Otago Pinot Noir was harvested at 22.5 brix and fermented in stainless. Has finished MLF and has been racked and sulphured.

Grown on clay / lime stone. Hand-picked fruit was 100% de-stemmed then cold soaked before fermention on the skins for three weeks. Matured in two – five year old French oak barrels for 12 months.
