Aromas of bramble, dark cherries, violets, and dried lavender on the nose. A bright palate of primary fruit characters intertwined with spice, herbal, and savoury undertones. Sinewy tannins frame the palate leading to a lengthy finish.

Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed. After settling, the juice was racked to a large oak cuvee where an indigenous fermentation occurred. The wine was aged on lees in large format seasoned French oak for texture and complexity.

Rich aromas of plums, dark cherries and Christmas cake mixed with spicey notes of tamarillo, clove and vanilla. Plush fruit and chocolatey characters with a soft palate and a toasty finish.

With aromas of dried rose petals, dark red fruits, wild thyme, hoisin, and baking spice, this Central Otago Pinot Noir has an elegant palate with flavours of cherries and plums, with gentle mouth coating powdery tannins and a lengthy finish.
