Description: Plush, ripe, supple Central Otago Pinot Noir from 2022 vintage. This wine was vinified from a blend of fruit from Cromwell basin and Bannockburn. It was hand-harvested, 12% whole bunch, followed by wild fermentation, then barrique aged with 18% new French oak. Unfined, X-flowed, bottled August 2023.
Packaging: Antique Green 750ml Burgundy light weight bottle.
