Description: 100% Premium Bridge Pa fruit.
Premium Hawke’s Bay Syrah, picked late in the season, well after any weather issues, at 23 Brix. Fruit was clean and produced at a premium facility. Wine has been racked off lees. 20 percent of the wine is currently in barrel and the remainder in tank. Wine is through MLF and sulphured.
The vendor is happy to negotiate for smaller volumes as they have some interest in this for their own wines. The parcel has turned out pretty fantastic.
