This predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend shows both structure from its Cabernet component and savoury-leather notes from Merlot with fragrance from Cabernet franc and deep colour from the Tannat component.
48,000L PRICE REDUCED Fermented in stainless, ~95% of this blend received oak influence for chips and the remaining ~5% from eight months on staves. Wine has completed MLF and is currently sitting on lees. Available as Cellar Bright.
